Our customer already has an Ercolina Tube bender and been very happy with the bend results and quality of the machine. They are a growing company and investing in new equipment, the Ring Roller will sit along side the Tube bender well and open up more opportunities for them. The CE60H3 has a good range of capacity with 3 rolls driven and Hydraulic Powered Top shaft adjustment that can be programmed for different jobs.

Ercolina TB60
From start to finish we worked with them to understand their application requirements and real needs for the new equipment. They were struggling outsourcing their bending with timescales becoming longer and longer made sense to keep everything in house. We supplied 2 New machines for this application Ercolina TB60 Tube Bender with Ercolina CE50MR3 Ring Roller. We also supplied a Thomas 30 DA Bandsaw for their cutting needs. Training was given on site how to use the machines by the end of training they were producing and checking what they produced on templates.
New combi bar bending and cutting machine supplied for construction industry. This machine will be used for bending and cutting rebar for reinforced concrete.
