From start to finish we worked with them to understand their application requirements and real needs for the new equipment. They were struggling outsourcing their bending with timescales becoming longer and longer made sense to keep everything in house. We supplied 2 New machines for this application Ercolina TB60 Tube Bender with Ercolina CE50MR3 Ring Roller. We also supplied a Thomas 30 DA Bandsaw for their cutting needs. Training was given on site how to use the machines by the end of training they were producing and checking what they produced on templates.
