Thomas Zip 30 DA Bandsaw Machine

Auto pull down horizontal bandsaw for small and medium sized ferrous material.
The saw allows to make any cut without the constant presence of the operator through the original hydraulic control system for descent of the sawframe, at variable speed rate according to the material to cut.
One way miter cutting (from 0° to 60° right).
Two cutting speeds.
New hydraulic cylinder in  aluminium.
Hydraulic regulator to control the  sawframe  down feed.
Blade rotation start switch with maintainded  action on the sawframe  grip.
Coolant liquid with  electropump.
Pedestal in steel plate.

DA cutting cycle 
The cutting operation, thanks to the DA device, is effected automatically through the sawframe downfeed at controlled speed by hydraulic regulator. At the end of the cut, blade motor and electropump for coolant liquid stop automatically. Sawframe rises manually. Manual vice opening and closing.
